Stockholm, Sweden – 28 June 2024 – Sinch AB (publ), which is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Communications Cloud, today announces that the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ), registration number 556882-8908 ("Sinch"), amounts to 843,745,576.

The change in the number of shares and votes in the month, is a result of 3,340 new shares issued upon exercise of stock options/warrants within the frame of incentive program LTI 2019.
