Sub: Intimation regarding re opening of Corporate office and Factories
With reference to our intimation letter no SCL/BSE/FY 2021-22/2 dated 10[th] April,2021 regarding intimation of temporary closure of corporate office from 7[th] April, 2021 and factories from 10[th] April, 2021 due to second wave of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and lockdown declared by Chhattisgarh Government , we further would like to inform you that the factories and Corporate office has been reopened and resumed operations with effect from 26[th] April ,2021.
The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will take all necessary measures as directed by the Respective government authorities in this respect. The impact of the temporary close down cannot be assessed at this point of time.
