Simplex Castings Limited Secures Prestigious Orders from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and Paharpur Cooling Towers

PRESS RELEASE

Bhilai, 19[th] November 2025: Simplex Castings Limited (BSE: 513472) India’s leading Precision Metallurgy company is pleased to announce the receipt of two significant fabrication orders. These orders underscore the company’s strong position and ongoing commitment to supporting India's infrastructure and industrial growth.

Order Details:

1. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Trichy:

Simplex has been awarded a fabrication contract valued at ₹11.76 Crores for the supply of 1401 MT of Column, Auto Weld, and General Fabrication on a Vendor Material (OVM) basis for the DVC Raghunathpur Projects. The execution period for this order is 10 months .

2. Paharpur Cooling Towers Limited:

Simplex has also secured an order worth ₹80.73 Lakhs for fabrication and supply of 90 MT of supporting structures, handrails, and crate fabrication with raw material and primer to be delivered in 3 months .

Both contracts are from reputable domestic entities and do not constitute related party transactions.
