As informed in letter SCL/FY2020-21/BSE/47 dated, 31[st] December 2020 the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 1[st ] January , 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31[st] December 2020 for the Directors /KMP and other designated employees etc. covered under the code.
