Subject : Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Allotment of Bonus Equity Shares
Respected Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the captioned subject matter, the exchange is hereby informed that the Bonus Issue And Allotment Cum Reclassification of Shares Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Monday, 9[th] March, 2026 (Deemed Date of Allotment) has allotted 6,34,05,000 (Six Crore Thirty Four Lakh Five Thousand) equity shares in the proportion of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity shares of ₹2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹2/- (Rupees Two Only) each as Bonus Shares, to the eligible Members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members/Register of Beneficial Owners, as on the ‘Record Date’ i.e. 6[th] March, 2026 fixed for the purpose.
Accordingly, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company has increased as follows:
