With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 30th April, 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Advani (ICSI Membership Number: A79068) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st May, 2026 who shall be the Key Managerial Personnel as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.

Details with respect to Change in Key Managerial Personnel (Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer) as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, as amended is provided in “Annexure I” to this letter.
