Subject: Closure of trading window pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.

With reference to the captioned subject and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all specified designated persons of the Company from 01st October, 2021 till 48 Hours after declaration of results for the Half year ended 30/09/2021.
