AS-i Silvano Fashion Group audiitori nimetamine 2025.a., 2026.a. majandusaastateks ja audiitori tasu määramine.

• 1.1. Nimetada AS-i Silvano Fashion Group audiitoriks audiitorühing Treetiger OÜ (registrikood 17235612, asukohaga Harju maakond, Saue vald, Laagri alevik, Samblajuure tn 11, 76401);
• 1.2. Volitada AS-i Silvano Fashion Group juhatust sõlmima audiitorühinguga Treetiger OÜ-ga audiitorteenuse leping AS-i Silvano Fashion Group 2025.a. ja 2026.a. majandustegevuse auditeerimiseks.

Election of the auditor for auditing the economic activities of AS Silvano Fashion Group 2025 and 2026.

• 1.1. To appoint the auditing company Treetiger OÜ (address Harju country, Saue municipality, Laagri town, Samblajuure str 11, 76401) as the auditor of AS Silvano Fashion Group;
• 1.2. To authorize the Management Board of AS Silvano Fashion Group to enter into an audit service agreement with the auditing company Treetiger OÜ for auditing the economic activities of AS Silvano Fashion Group 2025 and 2026.
