चिकित्सालयों में मरीजों के जल्दी स्वस्थ होने में ना केवल चिकित्सक, नर्सेजकर्मी बल्कि मरीज के खुद और उसके परिजनों का भी अहम योगदान होता है।

चिकित्सालयों में सब विश्वस्तरीय सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को देखते हुए ही 'क्वालिटी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया की ओर से नेशनल एक्रेडिटेशन बोर्ड हॉस्पिटल एण्ड हॉस्पिटल केयर पर्सनल (एनएबीएच) की मान्यता प्रदान की जाती है। केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने देश के 12 राजकीय चिकित्सालयों को निजी हॉस्पिटलों की तरह ही स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में विश्व स्तरीय मानकों के अनसार एक्रीडेशन कराने का निर्णय लिया है। इसमें जेएलएन चिकित्सालय भी शामिल है।केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के राष्टीय स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण के जॉइंट सेकेट्री डॉ.जेएल मीणा ने मंगलवार को जवाहरलाल नेहरू मेडिकल कॉलेज के सेमीनार कक्ष में मीडिया को बताया कि देशभर के 12 चिकित्सा संस्थानों को एनएबीएच मान्यता प्रदान कराने

मेडिकल कॉलेज में आयोजित सेमिनार को सम्बोधित करते डॉ. मीणा। के लिए वाणिज्य-उद्योग मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय उत्पादकता परिषद एवं केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में भारत में स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सुविधाओं की गुणवत्ता सुधार, क्षमता निर्माण एवं हैण्ड होल्डिंग सर्पोट किया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत चिकित्सालयों में मरीजों के उपचार के लिए चिकित्सक. नर्सेज, पैरामेडिकल सहित अन्य सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ की समयबद्ध व गुणवत्तापूर्वक सेवाओं की ड्यूटी तय की जाएगी। इसके लिए उन्हें बार-

बार प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा और मरीजों को दी जा रही सेवाओं में लगातार सुधार लाने के लिए मॉक ड्रिल भी की जाएगी। इसका नतीजा ये होगा की मरीज को समयबद्ध व गुणवत्तायुक्त सेवाएं मिलेगी और वह जल्दी स्वस्थ होगा। इसके लिए एनएबीएच की टीम की ओर से नेहरू चिकित्सालय की नियमित मांनिटरिंग की जाएगी और उसके निर्धारित मानकों पर खरे उतरने के पश्चात ही मान्यता

जवाहरलाल नेहरू मेडिकल कॉलेज के पर्व छात्र हैं। उनके ही प्रयासों से स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने राजस्थान में केवल जवाहरलाल नेहरू चिकित्सालय का चयन किया है।

पहले चरण में चयन

डॉ.मीणा के अनुसार जवाहरलाल नेहरू मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य एवं अधीक्षक की ओर से मरीजों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण और तुंरत

अजमेर। पांच साल पहले राज्य सरकार ने प्रशासन

शहरों के संग अभियान के दौरान 17 जून 1999 से पूर्व

तथा उसके बाद बसी जिन दो दर्जन बस्तियों का नियमन

करने के लिए टोटल स्टेशन और प्लेन टेबल सर्वे कराया

था। अजमेर विकास प्राधिकरण की नकारात्मक सोच के

चलते ये सभी सर्वे कागजों में दफन हो गए हैं। जबकि पीटी

सर्वे के बाद इन बस्तीवालों को यह आस बंधी थी कि अब

उनके पराने निर्माण का नियमन कर अजमेर विकास प्राधिकरण

जल्द ही आवासीय पट्टे जारी करेगा। लेकिन एडीए की

ले आउट प्लान कमेटी ने सघन निर्माण के बावजुद इन

सर्वे को कमेटी की बैठक में हरी झण्डी नहीं दी है। जबकि

बीते सालों में तो ओर निर्माण हो गए हैं। इन बस्ती के

बाशिन्दों ने नगरीय विकास विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव

को पत्र लिखकर गहार लगाई है कि पर्व में कराए गए टोटल

स्टेशन और पीटी सर्वे को जोनल डवपलमेंट प्लान में

समायोजित कर उन्हें आवासीय पट्टे दिए जाएं। पत्र के

जरिए इन पीड़ितों ने प्राधिकरण प्रशासन की नकारात्मक

सोच का उल्लेख करते हुए सवाल किया कि पांच साल पहले

के प्रशासन शहरों के संग अभियान के दौरान जब नियमन

ये फायदा होगा

प्राचार्य के अनुसार एनएबीएच से मान्यता मिलने के पश्चात चिकित्सालय को आयूष्मान भारत योजना, मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना सहित अन्य योजनाओं के मरीजों का उपचार करने पर दस प्रतिशत राशि अतिरिक्त मिलेगी। जिसे मरीजों को और अधिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने में खर्च किया जाएगा।

इस तरह मिलती है मान्यता

क्वालिटी काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (क्यूसीआई) ने अस्पतालों में रोगियों की सुरक्षा एवं उपचार की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एनएबीएच का गठन कर रखा है। किसी भी अस्पताल को एनएबीएच की मान्यता देने के लिए क्वालिटी काउंसिल ने काफी सख्त नियम बनाए हैं। इनमें अस्पताल के साधन-संसाधन, रोगियों का उपचार व उनकी सुरक्षा, संक्रमण मूक्त वातावरण, उपचार के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रियाएं,

अस्पताल में सेवारत चिकित्सकों, नर्सिंग व अन्य स्टाफ की पात्रता एवं दक्षता, अस्पताल की आधारभूत सुविधाओं की वैधानिकता, अस्पताल से संबंधित सभी सरकारी नियंम एवं कायदे कानूनों की पालना आदि तथ्यों को गहराई से जांचा-परखा जाता है।

निर्णय लेने की क्षमता के कारण ही इसका चयन पहले चरण में किया गया है। छह माह लगातार चलेगा मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य

डॉ.वीर बहादुर सिंह के अनुसार एनएबीएच की मान्यता प्राप्त करने के लिए छह माह तक लगातार इसका प्रोसेस चलेगा। उसके अंतर्गत आज सभी चिकित्सकों. रेजीडेंट व इन्टर्न सहित वरिष्ठ नर्सेजकर्मियों की तीन दिन तक कार्यशाला आयोजित की जा रही है। जिसमें उन्हें मरीजों के उपचार के लिए समयबद्ध उच्च गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएं देने के लिए प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है। ये बाद में भी चलता रहेगा।

बालिकाओं को डिजिटल शिक्षा के लिए शुरू होगा मिशन बुनियाद निर्माणीधीन मकान के शिक्षामंत्री आज ऑनलाइन करेंगे शुभारंभ टैंक में गिरा कोबरा

राजस्थान स्कूल शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा बालिकाओं को डिजिटल माध्यम से शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मिशन बुनियाद प्रारंभ किया जा रहा है। .
इसका शभारंभ बधवार को शिक्षा मंत्री गोविंद सिंह डोटासरा ऑनलाइन करेंगे।

अतिरिक्त राज्य परियोजना निदेशक डॉ. रश्मि शर्मा के अनुसार डिजिटल माध्यम से बालिका शिक्षा को सुदुढ करने के लिए राजस्थान स्कुल शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा पीरामल फाउंडेशन (केवल्या एज्यूकेशन सोसायटी) के साथ मिलकर मिशन बुनियाद कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बालिकाओं के लिए डिजिटल लर्निंग इन्फ्रास्ट्क्चर को सशक्त करना, सीनियर सैकण्डरी की बालिकाओं के विद्यालयों से जुड़ाव एवं ड्रॉपआउट को कम करने के साथ उनके लर्निंग आउटकम को बढ़ाना है।

कार्यक्रम के लिए आयोजित वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेन्स में सभी शिक्षा अधिकारियों सहित शिक्षकों को भी ऑनलाइन सम्मिलित होने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी कलेक्ट्रेट में स्थित डीओआईटी के वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेन्स कक्ष में. समस्त ब्लॉक शिक्षा अधिकारी संबंधित पंचायत समितियों के डीओआईटी के राजीव गांधी सेवा केन्द्र में उपस्थित होंगे। इसी प्रकार समस्त शिक्षकों को ऑनलाइन लिंक के माध्यम से वीसी से जुड़ना होगा।

आरटीई में छात्रा को दूसरी कक्षा में प्रवेश देने से इंकार, अभिभावक परेशान

से जुडी प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जाकर टोटल स्टेशन और पीटी सर्वे करा लिया गया है तो. फिर एडीए प्रशासन ने कषि भूमि नियमन के परिपत्रों की रोशनी में उनके निर्मित क्षेत्र का नियमन क्यों नहीं किया? ऐसे नियमन पर तो सरकार की रोक भी नहीं है। जबकि पूर्व में पारित ले आउट प्लान के भूखण्डों का नियमन तो किया गया, लेकिन पीटी सर्वे वालों के साथ ही सौतेला बर्ताव हो रहा है।

ये बस्तियां थी शामिल

उल्लेखनीय है कि एडीए ने जिन 22 बस्तियों का सर्वे कराया था कि उनमें श्रमजीवी कॉलेज के पीछे की बस्ती, हरिभाऊ उपाध्याय नगर से सटे रामनगर क्षेत्र की बस्ती, पंचोली चौराहा से रामनगर तक की बस्ती, गुरुनानक स्कूल के पास स्थित गोमा का हत्था की बस्ती, गुलाबबाडी की निर्मित बस्ती, गोटा कॉलोनी से चामुण्डा माता मार्ग की सड़क, पंचशील नगर बी ब्लॉक के पास बलदेव नगर की बस्ती, चौरसियावास में टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज के पास की बस्ती सहित कबीर नगर की बस्ती में सघन निर्माण की रिपोर्ट सर्वे में सामने आई थी।

नथानियल को पत्नी शोक

अजमेर। शांतिपुरा, क्रिश्चियनगंज निवासी सुनील नथानियल की पत्नी संगीता वाल्टर (54) का मंगलवार को निधन हो गया। उनकी शवयात्रा बुधवार शाम 5 बजे निवास स्थान से क्रिश्चियनगंज स्थित कब्रिस्तान पर जाएगी। संगीता जेएलएन अस्पताल में ग्रेड प्रथम श्रेणी नर्सिंगकर्मी के रूप में कार्यरत थीं।

सोमवार को भले ही बडी-बडी बातें हुई हों, लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि उसके अगले दिन मंगलवार को ही एक छात्रा को पढाने के लिए अभिभावकों को दर-दर की ठोकरें खानी पड़ रही है। मामला शिक्षा के अधिकार (आरटीई) के तहत

निःशुल्क शिक्षा से जुड़ा है। नसीराबाद रोड स्थित सेंट मैरीज कॉन्वेंट स्कुल में आरटीई में पढने वाली पहली कक्षा की छात्रा को प्रमोट होने के बाद भी दूसरी कक्षा में प्रवेश नहीं दिया जा रहा है। स्कूल प्रबंधन का तर्क है कि छात्रा का रजिस्ट्रेशन आरटीई पोर्टल पर नहीं दर्शा रहा है। इस संबंध में युवा कांग्रेसियों ने जिला कलक्टर को ज्ञापन देकर उचित कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है। यवा कांग्रेसी नेता डॉ. सुनिल लारा ने बताया

The imports are happening on the strength of an earlier exemption given to some jute mills in Bangladesh by the Indian authorities against antidumping duty (ADD) and circumvention duty (CVD). The Indian Jute Mills Association (IJMA) has alleged that a section of Indian traders imports a bulk of jute products from the exempted mills and such mills

supply beyond their capacity sourcing the produce from other non-exempted mills in Bangladesh.

"This is an absolute abuse of their special status causing harm to the Indian jute industry," IJMA president Raghevendra Gupta said.
