Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to our earlier communication dated 6th May, 2026 regarding the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Jain as Head - Corporate Affairs (being Senior Management Person) w.e.f. 20th June, 2026 subject to approval of Shareholders.

The Board of Directors of the Company has now approved the advancement of his date of appointment to 1st June, 2026. In view of change in terms of appointment including revision in effective date and other terms, the requirement for seeking shareholders’ approval is no longer applicable.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 are attached as “Annexure – A”.
