All the related party transactions are made in the normal course of business and on terms equivalent to those that prevail in arm's length transactions. The Company has not recorded any loss allowances for receivables relating to related parties.
Note: The Company has made investment of Rs. 0.03 crore in the equity shares of Shree Cement East Bengal Foundation ('SCEBF'), a company licensed under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. SCEBF is prohibited to distribute any dividend / economic benefits to its members, hence the Company is unable to earn any variable return/ economic benefits from the voting rights through its holding in equity shares of SCEBF. Therefore, the above investment does not meet the definition of control under Ind AS 110 -'Consolidated Financial Statements' and hence, not consolidated in the Consolidated Financial Statements.
