In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (I/IST") through Video Conferencing (I/VC")/Other Audio Visual Means (1/0AVM").
In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, if approved at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be Saturday, July 24, 2021. The said dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
