Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Om Prakash Setia (DIN: 00244443), has resigned from the position of the Independent Director of the Company effective from close of Business Hours on 29th October, 2021 due to his personal reasons.

He has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the one mentioned above.

The Board has placed on record its sincere appreciation forthe contribution made by Mr. Setia during his tenure with the Company.
