Sub: Intimation of meeting of the "NCD Committee" constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company to consider offering of Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”)

Dear Sirs,

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you notice that a meeting of the "NCD Committee" of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 25th September, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve issuance of secured, rated, redeemable, taxable, nonconvertible debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to an amount upto Rs.700 Crores (Seven Hundred Crores only) on private placement basis.

The above issuance is pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors’ resolution passed at its meeting held on 26th July, 2023.
