We further inform that, pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Record Date for payment of Interim Divided, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall be Tuesday, 25th February, 2020.
