Re:- Board Meeting, Closure of Trading Window and Record date for Interim Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby give you notice that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2019 to consider and approve the following:
- Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31't December, 2018.
- Payment of Interim Dividend for the Year 2018-19.
We further inform that pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Record Date for payment of Interim Divided, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall be 30th January, 2019.
Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from 15thJanuary, 2019 to 24thJanuary, 2019 (both days inclusive).
