2015 年适逢公司“创新 ”主题年，公司工会以创新工作方式，开展了一系列卓有成效的活动。� 重视干群关系，做员工的“知心朋友” 针对公司是劳动密集型生产企业特点，青年人数多，思想活跃，部分员工素质不高，情绪波动大等特点，公司领导班子注重抓员工情绪管理。在生产一线，我们发挥班组长的作用，

园区设计，以人为本�

开发东莞园区以人为本的规划设计 ——“风雨连廊”，让员工风雨无忧。连廊宽 4.2 米，连接了四个生产厂房与食堂，成了员工食堂与各生产厂房之间的空中走廊，也很好地实现了工厂的人车分流。该连廊同时也是动力管线通道，将3 号动力厂房的空调冷冻水、压缩空气、氮气等动力送达各生产厂房。

另一个以人为本的体现是层间电梯。所谓层间电梯，即实现层与层之间联系的电梯，设置在普通货梯的另一侧，大大提高货物及物料的运输效率，更为重要的是，当相邻两层业务之间有物料交换时，层间电梯可作为这两层业务的专用电梯，实现层间物料的高效传输。

组织开展应急管理及演练、施工现场管理活动

深科技2015 年度组织应急演49 次。范围包括：生产车间火灾处置演练、生产车间夜

2015 年组织开展多次安全检查和消防演练。�

根据《外来作业人员管理规定》对外来作业采用严格管理，监护人员经过建（构）筑物消防员职业资格培训、深圳初级安全主任培训及公司内部安全员上岗培训，能够熟悉并掌握作业现场监护相关内容。�

2015 年，开发苏州、开发微电子、沛顿科技、开发精密技术完成“安全生产标准化三级企业”的建设。深科技2015 年制定及完成5 个安全主题月专项活动（三月职业健康安全月、五月宿舍安全月、六月安全生产月、九月设备安全月、十一月消防安全月）及76 项安全管理工作。�

为杜绝职业病的发生，严格按照《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》定期对作业场所进行针对性检测、员工进行职业健康体检，职业病0 起。�

深科技组织开展了TRIZ（发明问题解决理论）创新理论管理层培训，包括副总裁石界福、蔡立雄、于化荣在内的近40 名高层管理人员参加。深科技引入TRIZ 创新理论的项目蓝图 ——在外部顾问的帮助下，采用理论学习和实践应用相结合的方式，用 3 年左右的时间建立起深科技自己的 TRIZ 专家梯队，在研发团队中普及 T RIZ创新方法、实现TRI Z 在公司的应用落地。一

大力发展自主品牌研发业务是深科技的发展战略之一，但是人员流动导致团队内部出现技术断层、客户需求多变致使研发项目范围与周期不可控、产品开发过程中遭遇到难以解决的技术瓶颈等问题却成为其面临的挑战，深科技迫切地需要借助一些工具或方法，迅速、有效地提升研发能一力，以应对这些挑战。经过段时间的搜索和研究，深科技选择了TRIZ。 T RIZ 理论中的技术进化趋势、功能导向搜索、主要价值参数、标准解、技术矛盾和发明原理等工具，能有效地解决技术创新过程中的许多问题，非常贴合研发团队现阶段的需求。�

学习新理论新知公司党委多次召开党委扩大会议，要求所辖党员领导干部要深入贯彻中央“八项规定” 精神和集团党组十二条规定要求，加强对国有资产的监管，严格干部选人用人工作。党委副
