TRADING HALT
The securities of Sheffield Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 27 November, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Sheffield Resources Ltd (ASX:SFX) ( Company ) hereby requests that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its ordinary shares pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trading on Friday, 27 November 2015.
The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
