In deference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. S. Srinivas (PAN No.: BBVPS2991 B) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from August 1, 2021.

Mr. S. Srinivas, as a CFO, will be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Mr. S. Srinivas, who is a qualified Company Secretary (ACS Membership No. : A34072), is designated as Compliance Officer, as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, other SEBI Regulations, the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and all other Acts, Rules and Regulations applicable to the Company.
