MDS Financial Group Ltd (hereafter the Company, ASX:MWS) advises that for its involvement, efforts and advice it has received for nominal consideration, from interests associated with the founders of the business, shares in Priority One Network Group Limited of 12,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares. Consistent with company policy, MDS Corporate Advisers responsible for the transaction will be remunerated for facilitating the transaction not exceeding 5,000,000 Priority One shares.
