Update on Proposed Disposal of InterPrac

Sequoia Financial Group Limited (ASX: SEQ) (Company or Sequoia) provides the following update in relation to the proposed disposal of InterPrac Financial Planning Pty Ltd (InterPrac) to Conquest Investment Partners Pty Ltd (Proposed Transaction).

The Company confirms that it has received confirmation from ASX that, based on the information provided, ASX does not consider that Listing Rules 11.1.2, 11.1.3 or 11.2 apply to the Proposed Transaction.

Accordingly, ASX will not require the Company to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules and/or obtain shareholder approval under Listing Rules 11.1.2 or 11.2 in respect of the Proposed Transaction.

The Company will continue to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations and will update the market as required.
