New members appointed to the Semcon nomination committee

In accordance with the decision by the annual general meeting of Semcon AB in 2015 the following persons have been appointed as members to the nomination committee:

• Olof Cato, Chairman of the nomination committee, JCE Group Aktiebolag
• Evert Carlsson, Swedbank Robur Fonder
• Katja Bergqvist, Handelsbanken Fonder
• Kjell Nilsson, Chairman of Semcon

The annual general meeting of Semcon will be held at the head office in Göteborg, Thursday 28 April, 2016.

Proposals to the nomination committee should be e-mailed to valberedning@semcon.se, no later than Tuesday, 1 March, 2016.
