The Meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m and concluded at 6:30 p.m on 8[th] August 2019.

The Board of Directors took note of the progress on the ongoing audit of financials for the year ended 31[st] March 2019 and the Financial Results will be published in due course. The Board together with management discussed on Strategic planning for Financial Year 201920 and overseeing corporate execution.

The Chairman briefed that the Company has entered into new projects and he emphasized that the employees and the management team should remain focused on executing the new strategy successfully.
