Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, this is to inform you that, Mr. Sivakumar Natarajan, Chief Delivery Officer, had submitted the resignation on February 2, 2026 and The Company acknowledges the resignation of Mr. Sivakumar Natarajan, as per the resignation email and takes note that he ceases to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from close of business hours on February 13, 2026.

Over the years, you have assigned various responsibilities to me based on the needs of the organization and I have given my best and have gotten the satisfaction that I was able to make a difference in every one of them.

In the current role, I feel that I am not fully leveraging my capabilities and experience. As a result, I have decided to step down and look at pursuing opportunities where I can better leverage my knowledge and experience.

I would like February 13[th] to be my last working day. Please approve this so I can work with Venkat on a smooth transition.
