Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Ashwin Jayagopal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Company has accepted his resignation at its meeting held on 13th February 2019 and relieved him from responsibilities of the company. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Ashwin Jayagopal also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His Successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
