SECO is extremely sad to announce that its Independent Board Member, Prof. Giovanna Mariani, has passed away
Arezzo, November 8, 2022 – SECO sadly announces that, today, it has been informed that its Independent Board member, Prof. Giovanna Mariani, has passed away.
The Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and all the employees of SECO participate in the sorrow and express their deepest condolences to the family for this enormous loss.
In accordance with the law and the Articles of Association, the Board will meet to determine the most appropriate next steps.
