Regarding registration of issues of non-equities

Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened general securities accounts
for four SEB Bank issues of non-equity securities. The notes were issued under
Base prospectus which was approved by the Bank of Lithuania on October 15, 2013
and Final terms No. 20131015/003 and 20131015/004.
