Regarding registration of issues of non-equities

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-09-27 08:39 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- September 27,
2013 Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened general securities
accounts for three SEB Bank issues of non-equity securities. The notes were
issued under Base prospectus which was approved by the Bank of Lithuania on
September 25, 2012 and Final terms No 20120925/016.
