commodity prices and “Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR“ exchange traded
fund. These reference item linked notes will be issued under Base prospectus
which was approved by the Lithuanian Securities Commission on September 1, 2011
and Final terms No 20110901/009, 20110901/010 and 20110901/011. The offering
will be public and will take place in Lithuania.
