Final Terms No 20120925/001 of Base prospectus approved by the Bank of Lithuania on Sept 25, 2012

11-November 13, 2012 SEB Bank will have subscription of structured notes linked
to the credit risk of the Republic of Lithuania and equity fund. These
structured notes will be issued under Base prospectus which was approved by the
bank of Lithuania on September 25, 2012, and the Final terms No 20120925/001.
The offering will be public and will take place in Lithuania.
