Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened general securities accounts
for three SEB Bank issues of non-equity securities. The notes were issued under
Base prospectus which was approved by the Bank of Lithuania on September 25,
2012 and Final terms No 20120925/004, 20120925/005 and 20120925/006.
