earth metals stocks. These equity linked notes will be issued under Base
prospectus which was approved by the Lithuanian Securities Commission on
September 23, 2010 and Final terms No 20100923/021 (LTL issues) and
20100923/022 (EUR issue). The offering will be public and will take place in
Lithuania.
