Regarding registration of issues of non-equities

September 2, 2011 Central Securities Depository of Lithuania opened general
securities accounts for three SEB Bank issues of non-equities. The notes were
issued under Base prospectus which was approved by the Lithuanian Securities
Commission on September 23, 2010 and Final terms No 20100923/023 and
20100923/024.

The subscription results are disclosed in the placement report attached below.
