Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-09-22 15:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 22 September
2016 Bank’s Supervisory Council has resolved to revoke Virginijus Doveika, who
has been appointed as Head of Retail in SEB Baltic Division, from the
Management Board of the Bank and elect Vaidas Žagūnis as a new member of the
Management Board, providing that Vaidas Žagūnis will take up board member’s
duties after receiving permission of the authorities supervising activities of
the Bank.
