Regarding the change of the board member

The Supervisory Council of the SEB Bank resolved to accept the resignation from
Vytautas Sinius from the Management Board of the SEB Bank and appointed a new
Board member Virginijus Doveika. Virginijus Doveika will take his new position
as member of the Management Board of the SEB Bank upon approval by the Bank of
Lithuania.
