Expiry of Options

Intec advises that 412,025 of the Company's unquoted options, with an expiry date of 16 July 2007 and an exercise price of \$0.24625, which were granted last year under the terms of the Intec Option Plan (IOP), have expired in accordance with the terms of the IOP on resignation of the relevant employee.

Following the expiry of the above options, the Company has on issue 6,889,931 unquoted options held by various Directors, employees and key consultants under the IOP.
