Resignation of Chief Financial Officer Appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (‘SciDev’ or ‘the Company’) today announces the resignation of Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) John Fehon, who has chosen to pursue other career opportunities.
The Company has appointed Geoff Stephenson as interim CFO. Geoff is a senior finance executive with over 25 years executive experience with blue chip domestic and international groups including Ovato, John Fairfax Holdings, Goodman Fielder and Esso Australia.
SciDev Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Lewis Utting said: ‘ On behalf of the Board and management team I would like to thank John for his contribution as CFO over the past 18 months. John’s leadership, his efforts in evolving our working capital facilities and contribution to the integration of our recent acquisitions has set the company in good stead for the future. I would like to thank John for his professionalism and passion for our Company and wish him well in his future endeavours. ”
