– Tartana Resources Limited Update

SciDev Ltd ( SciDev or the Company ) has been advised by Tartana Resources Limited ( Tartana ) that ASIC has placed an interim stop order on the Tartana Replacement Prospectus dated 23 April 2018 ( Replacement Prospectus ). In simple terms, Tartana may not either promote nor accept applications under the Replacement Prospectus until the matters raised by ASIC have been addressed. Tartana has advised SciDev that it is in the process of addressing these matters and will advise SciDev once further information comes to hand.

In addition:

• The ‘priority offer’ to eligible SciDev shareholders under the Replacement Prospectus closed on Monday this week, as scheduled. Any queries from SciDev shareholders that participated in the priority offer should be directed to Tartana by calling (02) 9392 8032; and

• SciDev is now unlikely to receive the second tranche of $250,000 from Tartana for the Zeehan Zinc Project prior to 30 June 2018, as previously anticipated.
