Zeehan Zinc Project, Tasmania and Tartana Resources Ltd

SciDev Ltd ( SciDev or the Company ) refers to its announcement of 25 October 2017.

The proposed divestment of the Zeehan Zinc Project to Tartana Resources Ltd ( TRL ) is progressing well, with one key condition precedent now met and others advancing towards completion by month end.

Tartana Successfully Raises Working Capital and Settles Acquisition of the Tartana Project

TRL has advised SciDev that it has now purchased the Tartana Project in Queensland. The Tartana Project comprises a number of mining leases, plant and equipment and range of advanced exploration projects more fully described in the Company’s announcement of 25 October.

It was a condition precedent to TRL’s acquisition of SciDev’s Zeehan Zinc Project that TRL first successfully complete its acquisition of the Tartana Project. This conditions precedent has now been met.

SciDev Notice of 2017 AGM – Shareholder Resolution

Resolution 3 in SciDev’s Notice of 2017 AGM seeks shareholder approval for the proposed divestment of the Zeehan Zinc Project. Shareholders are encouraged to vote and support this resolution. The Company’s 2017 AGM is at 4pm on Thursday, 30 November 2017. The location of the meeting is set out in the notice.
