Grant of Options under Intec Employee Share Scheme
As disclosed in the announcement of the results of the Company’s 2014 Annual General Meeting held on 28 November, shareholders approved both the Intec Employee Share Scheme and the grant of options to each of the Company’s Directors. The options granted to Directors are as follows:
Kieran G Rodgers: 2,000,000 Daniel J Cronin: 2,000,000 Trevor A Jones: 1,000,000
In addition, 500,000 options have been granted to the Company Secretary. The attached Appendix 3B records the issuance today of 5,500,000 unquoted options with an exercise price of $0.025 and an expiry date of 28 November 2019.
