Re-issue of December 2023 Appendix 4C

ASX has requested that SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (' SciDev ' or ' the Company ') provide additional granular detail in relation to SciDev’s leased motor vehicle financing. In accordance with that request SciDev hereby re-releases its December 2023 Appendix 4C, with additional detail provided in Section 7.6 and Schedule 1 pertaining to its leased motor vehicles.

SciDev notes that the additional information provided does not impact any of the cashflow information and cash balance disclosure in the original Appendix 4C.

This release has been approved by the Board of Directors of SciDev Limited.
