Resignation of Managing Director

SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (‘SciDev’ or ‘the Company’) today announces the resignation of Mr Kieran Rodgers as Managing Director of the Company.

Mr Rodger’s proposed resignation was first announced by the Company on 11 February 2019. Mr Rodgers will assist transition of the Managing Director’s role to Mr Lewis Utting over the coming weeks. Mr Utting’s appointment and terms of engagement will be confirmed shortly.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Rodgers for his contribution to SciDev over many years. Mr Rodgers has played a key role during recent years in identifying and integrating the SciDev business model and setting the Company on a strong footing to achieve significant growth. The Board wish Mr Rodgers every success in his future endeavours.
