Director Resignation Appointment as Owner's Representative for Hellyer Metals Project
The Board of Directors of Intec Ltd advises that Mr J Philip Evans has resigned as a Non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Evans has led the continuing close involvement with the Intec Process over ten years of H.G. Engineering, from which he recently stepped down as President. As Non-executive Director for the past four years. Mr Evans has provided considerable expertise, based on over 40 years experience in the operation and design of hydrometallurgical plants, particularly in relation to the Intec Gold Pilot Plant and the Hellyer Metals Project.
Mr Evans will however retain a very close ongoing involvement with Intec through his new appointment as Owner's Representative and Metallurgical Consultant for the Bankable Feasibility Study of the Hellyer Metals Project, and by acting as Intec's North American Representative.
An Appendix 3Z Notice is attached.
