SciDev SPP Closes Heavily Oversubscribed
SciDev Limited (ASX:SDV; SciDev , or the Company ) advises that its SPP offer (ref ASX: 16 July 2020 and 24 July 2020) closed in accordance with the released timetable at 5.00pm AEST on Friday, 14 August 2020.
The SPP offer was heavily oversubscribed. Final processing and reconciliation will take place early this week, followed by pro-rata scale back. The new SPP shares and scale-back refunds will be issued on 21 August 2020.
