Request for Continuation of Voluntary Suspension

SciDev Ltd ( ASX:SDV ) requests a continuation of the voluntary suspension currently placed on the Company’s securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 and provides the following information:

• The Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement in relation to a material capital raising.

• The voluntary suspension is expected to last until the announcements is made, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 13 February 2019.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
