SciDev $1.25M Entitlements Issue

SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) (‘SciDev’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to advise that its $1.25 million entitlements issue (the Entitlements Issue ) has closed.

The Entitlements Issue was carried out on a 2:7 basis and priced at $0.06 per new SciDev share. Eligible shareholders applied for a total of 11,094,503 new SciDev shares, representing a 53% takeup. The balance of 9,853,234 new SciDev shares will now be placed by the underwriter to the offer, Taylor Collison Ltd.

The timetable previously announced by the Company remains in place. The new SciDev shares subscribed for under the Entitlement Offer will be issued on Friday 15 March 2019 and holding statements dispatched on Monday 18 March 2019.

Subsequent to issue of the new entitlements issue shares (including the underwriter’s shares referred to above) the capital of the Company will be as follows:
