SciDev and Kanins Extend USD$350K Facility
SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV , SciDev or the Company ) is pleased to advise that the 12 month, USD$350K loan facility entered into with Kanins International Pty Ltd ( Kanins ) on 2 October 2018 has been extended for a further twelve months to 2 October 2020.
All other terms of the facility remain unchanged and SciDev takes this opportunity to extend its thanks to Kanins for its ongoing support. Following on from the Company’s recent $4.16 million capital raising (refer ASX 13 September and 20 September 2019), the Company’s balance sheet is exceptionally well placed to allow SciDev to accelerate the implementation of its aggressive growth plans.
