Tartana Resources Update

SciDev Ltd (ASX:SDV, SciDev or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Tartana Resources Ltd ( Tartana ) has made a $50,000 payment to SciDev towards the second tranche of $250,000 owed under the Zeehan sale agreement. On that basis, SciDev has extended the time for payment of the balance of $200,000, plus interest, to 30 September 2018.

SciDev understands that Tartana is well advanced in the preparation of a fresh prospectus and anticipates lodging that document shortly.
