TRADING HALT
The securities of Intec Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 12 December 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Intec Ltd (ASX:INL) (Intec or the Company) requests a trading halt in its securities effective immediately pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed material capital raising by the Company.
Intec expects the trading halt to remain in place until either the commencement of trading on Monday, 12 December 2016 or until the release to the market of an announcement in relation to the proposed capital raising.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other relevant information in relation to this request.
