Change of Chief Financial Officer

SciDev Ltd (ASX:SDV) (“SciDev” or “the Company”) today announces the appointment of Mr. Todd Scott as its new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Scott as CFO effective today. Mr Scott is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years experience across capital markets, financial services, heavy industrial and renewable energy sectors. His leadership experience spans listed and growth-stage companies, including over a decade at Sims Limited (ASX:SGM) where he held roles including Chief Financial Officer ANZ, Global Head of Strategy and M&A, and Head of Investor Relations. He brings to the role deep expertise in capital markets, corporate finance and strategic execution and will strengthen the Company’s leadership as we continue to advance our growth strategy.

Following 4-years in the role of CFO, Anna Hooper will now step away to pursue other opportunities.
